At Voduz Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original branding box, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
